You no longer need to buy a new plastic bottle every time you run out of cleaning products. By re-using your bottle and trigger, you can save up to 80% of plastic. Because you mix the product yourself with the refill capsules, we need less trucks on the road.
When your bottle is empty, just take out the refill capsule and throw it in the recycling bin. We made our capsules childproof, so you can safely keep them in your home.
How does Mix ‘n Clean work?.. It’s super easy!
Just mix the refill with water and you are ready to clean!
1. Fill the bottle up to the mark with water.
2. Put the refill capsule in the neck of the bottle.
3. Push the spray trigger down, turn clockwise until it clicks and closes.
4. Just mix by shaking and you are ready to clean!
5. Spray & wipe.
The cleaning power of Mix ‘n Clean is optimal if the water is used unheated/cold. Cleaning with hot water has a number of drawbacks. For example, certain ingredients that have been added to allow the cleaned surface to dry without leaving a streak. Another problem is that the pores of your skin open in warm water. Dirt and bacteria then have the chance to penetrate the skin. When the skin cools down, the dirt is trapped in the pores. And it is a waste of energy, because it is not necessary for a correct operation / result.
The Mix ‘n Clean formula is based on the addition of half a liter (400ml) of cold water. With this formulation we can guarantee a powerful cleaning capacity.
For optimal cleaning, the Mix ‘n Clean refill concentrate must be completely mixed with the 400ml of cold water. Shaking makes this happen faster and the product can be used faster.
If the refill is stored correctly, we guarantee that the contents in the refill capsule will remain good for 4 years. After this time, the strength of the concentrate gradually decreases. We recommend that you do not store the diluted ready-to-use solution for longer than 1 month.
The Mix ‘n Clean refill capsules are best stored in a dry, cool, frost-free place out of direct sunlight.
After mixing the product, it has a shelf life of at least 1 month. After this time, the strength of the product decreases, but the added water also begins to spoil. Always store the mixed product bottle upright with the trigger closed in a dry, cool, frost-free place out of direct sunlight.
The aim is of course a world with less plastic and that an old bottle can be reused. Unfortunately, the neck of every bottle is different, so our refill does not fit in most bottles.
Mix ‘n Clean uses a bottle that is very durable and robust and can therefore be reused many times. The trigger/spray head/atomizer can be used more than 4,000 times before it can start to malfunction. That equates to at least 8 to 10 refills.
We recommend using the contents of the bottle completely and then rinsing it out before refilling it with a new refill capsule.
Overdosing is counterproductive! We do not recommend adding more than 1 refill to 400 ml of water. This is because too much cleaning agent is released into the environment, which we try to prevent. The contents of the refill capsules are precisely matched to 400 ml of water to get the perfect cleaning result.
Because the Mix ‘n Clean products are highly concentrated and contain no water, they take up much less space during transport. This makes our products much more efficient to transport and store. This means about 85% fewer trucks on the road getting the product from the factory to the consumer.
With the desire for less packaging, and therefore less waste, we have developed the Mix’n Clean refill capsule. This refill contains the unique Mix ‘n Clean products in concentrated form. In this way we reduce the amount of plastic bottles by up to 80%. (the spray bottle can be reused up to 10 times) The Mix ‘n Clean refill capsules are effective, safe, economical and good for your wallet. Each Mix ‘n Clean refill capsule is suitable for refilling a 500ml Mix ‘n Clean bottle. So no unnecessary transport of water and no heavy bottles to drag home.
Other cleaning products are almost always supplied in plastic packaging. Usually this is a plastic bottle with a liquid, but even powders or dishwasher tablets are regularly sold in cardboard packaging with plastic inside, outside or even between the cardboard. All this plastic is used once and then thrown away. Contrary to popular belief, most plastic waste is not yet recycled. That is why all our outer packaging is made of cardboard as much as possible, saving you a lot of plastic waste.
Mix ‘n Clean has chosen the strong PET bottle because we believe that reuse is even better than recycling. This version bottle is sturdier and therefore more functional, because some force is needed to open the Mix ‘n Clean refill in the bottle, and thus it can be used for longer. Furthermore, the Mix ‘n Clean bottle is also clearer in terms of transparency and therefore aesthetically more beautiful.
All cleaning products marketed in Europe must comply with the Detergent Regulation ((EC) No. 648/2004). This European legislation requires that all surfactants in cleaning products must be biodegradable, according to the test methods specified in the same legislation. Mix ‘n Clean meets these requirements.
The Mix ‘n Clean products are made of very powerful ingredients, which means that we need to use as little as possible for a great result. Our formulations also consist of more than 90% naturally identical ingredients. In this way, we not only make a major impact through our new concept, but also that Mix ‘n Clean products are safe to use.
The Mix ‘n Clean products do not contain ingredients of animal origin.
If you are (over)sensitive to perfume allergy, you could experience some skin and/or eye irritation. On the Mix ‘n Clean packaging you can read whether, and if so which ingredients are present in the product.
The Mix ‘n Clean products are not tested on animals and are also safe to use in the environment of animals. Mix ‘n Clean is not only friendly for the house, but also for nature!

Many skin complaints are caused by frequent contact with water. That is why it can be wise to dry your hands well after cleaning and possibly apply a hand cream.
The Mix ‘n Clean products can be used on all washable surfaces. We only advise you not to use the powerful bathroom cleaner on calcareous materials such as marble and natural stone, because it is a limescale remover. When in doubt, try it on an inconspicuous spot first.
Yes, the Mix ‘n Clean products are safe for children. For example, surfaces such as children’s chairs and tables that have been cleaned with Mix ‘n Clean product are completely safe for children because Mix ‘n Clean does not contain any dangerous ingredients. Even the Mix ‘n Clean refill capsule containing the concentrated product is harmless, because it cannot be opened by children.
However, always make sure that the products are out of the reach of children. Also for Mix ‘n Clean, just like for all cleaning agents, it is not suitable to ingest. After swallowing Mix ‘n Clean products you should immediately drink a glass of water and call a doctor as soon as possible. Also keep the Mix ‘n Clean refill packaging handy.
The manufacturer assesses the safety of the Mix ‘n Clean products. He does this on the basis of the large amount of data from the manufacturer itself, from the suppliers of raw materials and from public, scientific literature. In addition, there is legislation that prescribes what is and is not allowed. Compliance with this legislation is checked by the various inspectorates. If the inspection has doubts about the safety of a product, the inspection service will carry out an assessment.
